MP challenge & BBG day 3

Did phase 1b, BBG, phase 1 burnout and 25 min walking on the treadmill this morning.   

So I’ve gone back to paleoish eating and found that I’m pretty low calorie despite all the food I’m eating. Not sure if I should force myself to eat more or not.  I should start taking pics of my food again. Maybe 1 day I’ll do a post of my daily eats.
